iSpearX - AI Guided UAV Interceptor for Defense & Civil Protection

Introducing iSpearX: the fastest UAV interceptor/kamikaze with advanced AI capabilities for superior aerial defense.

“Launch and forget. It finds, kills, and never fails.”

The Problem

Unmanned aerial systems (UAS) have become both a transformative tool and a growing security threat. While drones empower civil sectors-from logistics to emergency response-they are equally exploited for surveillance, sabotage, smuggling, and even weaponisation.

Civil operators - airports, energy plants, event organizers - lack fast, reliable, and legally compliant means to neutralize intruder drones without disrupting civilian infrastructure (e.g., GPS, mobile networks).

Meanwhile, defence and security forces face asymmetric aerial threats: low-cost reconnaissance drones, loitering munitions, and drone swarms that can disable high-value assets at a fraction of the cost. Traditional countermeasures - jamming, RF detection, or missiles-are often too slow, too expensive, or legally restricted in populated EU areas.

Since 2022, Europe has seen more than 10 thousand hostile drone incidents. Small, cheap UAVs - under 5 kilograms - can carry explosives or cameras and hit with surgical precision. Traditional air defense cannot stop them. They’re too small for radar, too agile for missiles, and too cheap to waste million-euro interceptors on.

Europe urgently needs a sovereign, scalable, and ethically governed solution that bridges civil safety and military readiness-without compromising on compliance or control.

iSpearX is Europe’s dual-use, AI-powered UAV high speed interceptor/kamikaze, designed to deliver rapid, precise and network-safe neutralisation of airborne threats - across both civil and defense domains: such as loitering munitions, reconnaissance drones, and aerostats.

Capable of operating independently or as part of a smart swarm. Adaptable for launch from ground platforms (UGV/USV) or airborne carrier (ΔSpearX UAV).

We've built the EU made, NATO-compliant UAV interceptor that works in environments - without jamming civil networks.

Key Capabilities

Autonomous Threat Response.

Edge AI processes real-time LWIR + VIS imagery to detect, classify, and intercept enemy UAVs - day or night - with minimal operator input. Human oversight remains integral to all engagement decisions.

High-Speed Kinetic Interception.

Reaching speeds up to 360 km/h with a 12+ km operational range, iSpearX closes the gap faster than conventional C-UAS systems - ideal for fast-moving or swarm threats.

Non-Jamming, Civil-Safe Operation.

Unlike RF-jamming systems, iSpearX does not disrupt civilian communications, GPS, or emergency networks - making it safe for deployment in urban and sensitive environments.

Modular Payload Architecture.

- Civil configuration: kinetic disruptor or net-based capture (no explosives)

- Defense configuration: interceptor (with explosives) or kamikaze - mission-specific payloads (authorized users only)

All variants use a lightweight, radar-low-observable airframe made from European-sourced carbon, aramid, and basalt composites.

Multi-Platform Launch.

Deployable from ground vehicles (UGV), maritime units (USV), or airborne carriers (e.g., ΔSpearX mothership), enabling flexible, layered defense.

Why iSpearX?

True Dual-Use Design. Unlike single-purpose systems, iSpearX seamlessly adapts:

Civil: Airports, power plants and grids, VIP events, border control etc - all without RF jamming or collateral risk.

Defense: C-UAS, base protection, convoy escort, anti-swarm defense - with NATO-compliant targeting and rapid re-deployment.

European Sovereignty. Built with EU-sourced composites , developed under European reglaments and free from third-country dependencies in hardware or AI training.

Regulatory Compliance.

- Possible to work without explosives → avoids weapon classification in civil use

- Human-in-command → aligns with EU AI Act

- No RF interference → safe for urban / airport deployment

- CE-ready architecture with path to EASA SORA/STS certification

Cost & Scale Advantage. At a fraction of the cost of missile-based systems, iSpearX enables mass deployment-turning the economics of drone warfare in Europe’s favour. During the design phase of our products, we always consider manufacturability and rapid scalability. For us, the most important thing is not just creating a good product, but one that can be quickly, inexpensively and easily produced in large quantities in any country or location.

Proven Readiness

In development since June 2025, iSpearX has reached Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6-validated in operationally representative environments.

The iSpearX project won first place in the Pitch Competition at the Regional Defense Summit'2025 in Bulgaria

This isn’t just a drone.
iSpearX an autonomous aerial shield - operating 24/7, always precise, never tired and cheaper than a single missile.

SpearX is at the forefront of a rapidly scaling €4.5B+ European counter-UAS market—driven by urgent defense needs, critical infrastructure protection, and regulatory shifts mandating airspace security. With iSpearX already at Technology Readiness Level 6, we are transitioning from R&D to serial production and strategic deployment.

We are actively seeking strategic partners and investors to accelerate certification, scale manufacturing, and expand our AI-driven product ecosystem across EU and NATO-aligned markets.
